My prediction for the Hunter Biden farce.

He will waive time, be given low bail. He will have a trial in December, after the election. He will then plea to the charges and be given 5 years. On his father’s last day in office - and yes I’m calling the Democrats have Joe pull out at the convention and they parachute in Newsom - in 2024 (i haven’t looked at the calendar) Joe will pardon Hunter. Hunter will have never spent a day in prison because the judge will allow him to be home for the holidays with his hookers and drugs family.

Hunter will also never be charged for any violations of the Income Tax code. He will get some deal where all he has to do is pay a penalty. Special Prosecutor Weiss - who I think has been bought off in some way because nothing he’s done so far is what a honest, honorable prosecutor would do - will make sure its a bulletproof settlement agreement that prevents future prosecutions.
